Technology as an Instrument of Change
space

Strategic Initiatives has been a thought leader for over a decade in the use of technology as an instrument of transformation.  Over the past three years, our thought leadership in this area has focused on three elements:

  • leveraging technology to enhance performance and reduce costs
  • articulating “value” the focus of institutional strategy, and
  • utilizing “value on investment” as a metric for assessing enterprise’s deployment and leveraging of  technology.

Our thought leadership is reflected in four publications/white papers:

  • “Leveraging Technology: Enhancing Performance and Reducing Cost
  • “Focusing on Value
  • “The Business Value Web
  • “Value on Investment in Higher Education
