The Dream Team is a strategic alliance crafted to take advantage of unique opportunities facing the e-Learning Industry. Substantial e-learning investments are being made by government agencies, corporations, colleges and universities, professional societies and trade associations, and other non-profit enterprises. Yet these client agencies and enterprises are highly dissatisfied with what they are receiving from the major e-learning providers. 

New Approaches, Not Digitizing Current Practices. The e-Learning Industry needs new approaches to e-learning that will improve performance and dramatically reduce cost.  However, most large e-learning providers are merely digitizing existing learning and human capital practices. They are applying a “factory” model to e-learning in which e-learning strategy consists of selecting a learning management system (LMS) platform.  And their use of collaboration and innovation is largely limited to improving the productivity and scalability of existing practices.

Overcoming the Innovator’s Dilemma.  Market leaders seldom invent the new innovations in any industry. Smaller, more nimble and creative firms discover breakthrough innovations. New Visions, Principles, Practices, and Architectures.  The Dream’s Team’s vision and solutions align the enterprise’s performance, processes, and knowledge resources with its mission and strategies.  We are transforming the principle of strategic human capital development.  Our practices make the jump shift from e-learning to e-knowledge, fusing perpetual learning and vast knowledge resources as they exist in today’s profoundly networked world.  Our motto, “the right knowledge, at the right time, in the right context,” can only be achieved through applying new technology architectures, tailoring learning resources and practices to individual needs, continuously reinventing process/workflow, and changing culture.  Our consulting engagements involve a serious commitment to aggressive change management.

In addition, we are jointly seeking new consulting opportunities to co-create the strategies, solutions, and organizational development necessary to achieve tomorrow’s e-knowledge environments.   • Our team consists of recognized innovators in the theory and practice of e-learning and performance support.  Our solutions include the capacity to tailor learning experiences to the reading levels and learning preferences of individuals.
  • This team has the capacity, today, to deliver replicable, scalable learning solutions depending on reusable knowledge, and supported by e-Knowledge Content Management Systems (eKCMS).  Learning management systems, portals, workflow tools, and learning support tools sit on top of these eKCMS engines.  We literally have written the book on the emerging theory and practice of this concept called e-knowledge, Transforming e-Knowledge.
  • We are currently applying these capabilities to support strategic human capital management, aligning enterprise mission with performance, processes, and knowledge resources.
  • This team is tailoring these solutions for specific prototype settings and collaborating with our clients to craft migration paths to enterprise-wide solutions. We can assist our clients in articulating their visions for e-knowledge and in mobilizing resources and champions to achieve e-knowledge strategies.  We specialize in creating successful e-knowledge cultures.
