Amanda Antico-Majkowski has been working in the fields of education and management consulting for 10 years. She is recognized for her dedication as a high-energy leader who has worked with both large and small companies in developing strategies for new market entry products and services.   Among her clientele are such noteworthy clients as: AOL Time Warner, Arent Fox, PLLC AstraZeneca, Dupont, Pioneer, Patton Boggs, Verizon, Department of Defense and Department of Navy; as well as smaller companies such as Creative Computing, HEKATE, LUMCON, Ventera, Stein Rogan, and WebCT.

She has successfully led and motivated leadership teams in both the corporate and higher education sectors to perform at optimal levels in providing top quality client service, while maintaining profitable, ongoing relationships.

Amanda focuses her work on organizational diagnosis, strategies related to business development, facilitation and organizational change efforts. Her industry specialties are educational technology, legal, pharmaceutical and communication providers.  She has conducted over 50 extensive assessments to analyze an organizations current state in regards to its vision, strategy, leadership, process, and global positioning. 

She provides consultation and coaching to leaders and managers in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and overall facilitation of enterprise change initiatives designed to achieve strategic business goals and improve organization performance. Amanda excels at designing high impact collaborative team meetings, workshops and sessions, resulting in participants achieving goals and outcomes with clearly defined next steps and actions.

Amanda began her career, as the co-founder and director of The TLT Group, a non-profit organization that focused on teaching, learning, and technology as it related to the higher education arena.  She consulted with over 100 institutions annually to understand and effectively navigate the higher education technology market space.  She co-designed and coordinated over 75 workshops and 10 major national conferences with leaders in academia and educational technology companies. Within her role at TLT, she developed and maintained a network of over 100 senior consultants, many of whom she still collaborates with today.

Amanda graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University with degrees in psychology and human services.  She holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Learning from George Mason University
