Patricia Fenn is a senior executive with over 30 years of organizational development, administrative, development, academic curriculum development, leadership, marketing, management, and instructional experience in business, academics, non-profits and public sectors. She is a proven change agent and leader with the ability to take diverse groups and develop effective communication, strategic planning and cooperation and collaboration results. She is a dynamic presenter and analyst who effects positive change on organizations by always connecting the dots.

She has been involved in Higher Education in positions such as enrollment management, teaching and learning with technology as an instructor and as a Staff Development Director, Directorships of Extended Education Programs, Online Learning, Strategic Planning, consulting and educational management.

Pat’s newest career position will be At Ocean County College as Executive Director of E-Learning. Her other career positions have included administrative and faculty positions at New York Institute of Technology, SunGard Higher Education (Oakland CC and Montgomery College), Rave Wireless and as Executive Director and owner of Advise EDU Consulting.

Pat attended Monmouth University and received her MS in Education from Hofstra University.
